Room I – one double bed
Room II – one bunk bed and a trundle bed. In the living room, a couch and a trundle bed, therefore, accommodating up to 8 people.

Two-story apartments with 3 bedrooms:
Room I – one double bed, suite with TV set.
Room II – one double bed and a trundle bed,
Room III – one bunk bed and a trundle bed.

Every apartment has:  ceiling fan in the rooms, emergency light in the living room / kitchen, individual barbecue, household appliances, complete furniture for kitchen and barbecue.
All the apartments are well airy and they have a beach view.

AguaMar Residence voltage is 220 Volts

We offer:

- Private and secure parking lot.
- Guarantee of water through water wells.
- Comfort for the elderly and disabled (ramp to the beach, etc)

With this structure, AguaMar Residence is looking for demanding clients in Brazil and abroad, who want to offer their family excellent quality for their vacation.

We don’t serve meals.

- Attendant during the day, guard during the night and constant janitor.
